BEFORE YOU START
Cleanse and dry your skin. Skip serums and oils beforehand — apply them afterwards. Avoid retinol or acids on the same evening as a session.

Red (660nm) — general use, overall appearance
Infrared (660nm + 850nm) — deeper-reaching wavelength
Blue (450nm) — blemish-prone skin
Purple — combines red, blue and near-infrared
YOUR SESSION
Fit the eye shields, position the mask flat against your face, then attach the neck piece. Start at 5 or 10 minutes for your first few sessions and build up to 20.
AFTERWARDS
Wipe the inner silicone with a soft dry cloth. Follow with your serum and moisturiser.
HOW OFTEN
3–5 sessions a week. Consistency matters more than length — a 20-minute session isn't twice as effective as 10.
