TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 2 September 2026
1. Who we are
This website, sulsal.store, is operated by SULSAL LTD ("SULSAL", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17180318, with its registered office at 76 Sherfield Gardens, London, SW15 4PR, United Kingdom.
You can contact us at support@sulsal.store or by post at the address above. We aim to reply within one business day.
2. About these terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of this website and to any order you place with us. By placing an order you confirm that you accept these Terms.
Please read them carefully before ordering. If you do not agree to them, please do not use this website.
We recommend you save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.
3. Who can buy from us
You may only place an order if you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
We currently sell and deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. If you are ordering from outside the UK, we will not be able to fulfil your order.
4. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. Please tell us immediately if you believe someone else has accessed it.
We may suspend or close an account if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.
5. Our products
We take care to describe and picture our products accurately. However:
- Product images are for illustration. Colours may appear differently depending on your screen.
- Packaging may vary from images shown.
- Cosmetic product formulations and ingredient lists may be updated by the manufacturer. Always read the label and leaflet supplied with the product, which takes precedence over anything on this website.
If a product is materially different from its description, you have the rights set out in section 12.
6. Cosmetic products
Our sheet masks and topical skincare are cosmetic products, not medicines. They are intended to cleanse, hydrate, and improve the appearance of skin. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Before first use, we recommend a patch test on a small area of skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Do not use on broken, damaged, sunburnt, or recently treated skin. If you have a skin condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, speak to a healthcare professional before use.
Always check the full ingredient list on the product packaging if you have known sensitivities.
7. LED light therapy devices
Our LED devices are cosmetic beauty appliances intended for at-home use to improve the appearance of skin. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
Our devices carry UKCA and CE marking, are RoHS compliant, and have been assessed against IEC 62471 for photobiological safety.
Before using an LED device, read the full instruction manual supplied with it. In particular:
- Do not use if you are taking medication that increases sensitivity to light (including some antibiotics, retinoids, and St John's Wort) without first consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
- Do not use if you have epilepsy or a history of light-triggered seizures.
- Do not use if you have a condition affecting light sensitivity, or a history of skin cancer or precancerous lesions, without medical advice.
- Do not use over broken skin, active infections, or recent surgical or cosmetic procedures without medical advice.
- If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult a healthcare professional before use.
- Follow the eye-protection guidance in the manual. Do not stare directly into the LEDs.
- Do not exceed the recommended session length or frequency.
- Keep out of reach of children. The device is not intended for use by children.
Full safety information is available on our Product Safety & Compliance page and in the supplied manual.
Results vary between individuals. Nothing on this website is a guarantee of a particular outcome.
8. Placing an order
Placing an order is an offer to buy. It does not create a contract until we accept it.
- You add items to your basket and complete checkout.
- We send an order acknowledgement email. This confirms we have received your order — it is not acceptance.
- A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation email, and only for the items listed in it.
If we cannot accept your order — for example because an item is out of stock, we cannot authorise payment, we identify a pricing or description error, or we suspect the order is fraudulent — we will tell you and will not charge you. If you have already been charged, we will refund you in full.
We may limit the quantity of any item that can be bought in a single order, or refuse orders that appear to be for commercial resale.
9. Price and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£). We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on our products. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout before you commit to buy.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is taken at the point of order.
Prices may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders we have already accepted.
Pricing errors. We try to ensure prices are correct. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the option to continue at the correct price or cancel for a full refund. If the pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognised as an error, we do not have to supply the item at the incorrect price.
10. Delivery
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. Delivery options, costs, and estimated timescales are shown at checkout and on our Shipping Policy page.
Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. We will deliver your order without undue delay and in any event within 30 days of the contract being formed, unless we agree otherwise with you.
Goods become your responsibility from the time they are delivered to the address you gave us. Ownership passes to you once we have received payment in full.
If nobody is available to accept delivery and the goods cannot be posted through your letterbox, the carrier will leave a note. If the goods are returned to us undelivered, we may charge the cost of redelivery.
Please check your order on arrival and tell us as soon as reasonably possible if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect.
11. Cancelling and returning your order
11.1 Statutory cancellation right (14 days)
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of the day you (or someone you nominate) receive the goods, without giving a reason.
To cancel, tell us clearly before the 14 days expire — email support@sulsal.store with your order number. You may use the model cancellation form, but you do not have to.
You must return the goods without undue delay and within 14 days of telling us you are cancelling.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us under this statutory right. We recommend using a tracked service, as you are responsible for the goods until we receive them.
We will refund you within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving evidence that you have sent them, whichever is earlier. We refund to the original payment method. We will refund the standard delivery cost you paid, but not any extra you paid for a premium delivery option.
Reduction in refund. You are entitled to open, inspect, and handle goods as you would in a shop. If you handle them more than that — causing damage, wear, or loss of parts — we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
Exception for sealed hygiene items. The statutory cancellation right does not apply to sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, once they have been unsealed after delivery. This applies to our individually sealed sheet mask sachets. It does not affect your rights if the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
11.2 Our 30-day money-back guarantee
Separately from and in addition to your statutory rights, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a return and refund.
LED devices. You may return an LED device under this guarantee even if you have opened the box and used it. Please return the device with all its components, accessories, cables, and packaging. We may deduct a reasonable amount from your refund to reflect any damage beyond normal use, or any missing components or accessories. We will tell you the amount of any deduction and why before we process your refund.
Sheet masks and sealed skincare. For hygiene reasons, these can only be returned under this guarantee if their individual sachets are unopened and unused.
We pay return postage under this guarantee. Contact us at support@sulsal.store and we will send you a prepaid returns label.
We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
This is a voluntary commercial guarantee offered by us. It is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under sections 11.1 and 12.
12. Faulty or misdescribed goods
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In summary, goods must be:
- of satisfactory quality,
- fit for purpose, and
- as described.
If they are not, you may be entitled to:
- a full refund within 30 days of purchase;
- a repair or replacement after 30 days; and
- a partial or full refund if a repair or replacement is not possible or does not resolve the issue.
To make a claim, contact us at support@sulsal.store with your order number and a description of the problem. We may ask for photographs. We will cover the cost of returning faulty goods.
Detailed guidance on your rights is available from Citizens Advice.
13. Device warranty
Our LED devices come with a 12-month warranty from the date of delivery, covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.
The warranty does not cover:
- damage from misuse, accident, dropping, or liquid ingress;
- damage caused by failure to follow the instruction manual;
- unauthorised repair, modification, or opening of the device;
- normal cosmetic wear such as scratches or marks;
- commercial, salon, or professional use.
To make a warranty claim, contact us at support@sulsal.store with your order number and a description of the fault. We may ask for photographs or video. If the fault is covered, we will repair or replace the device, or refund you, at our option, and we will cover postage in both directions.
This warranty is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights under section 12, which in some cases last longer than 12 months.
14. Promotions, discount codes, and email marketing
Discount codes and promotional offers are subject to any specific terms stated when they are issued. Unless we say otherwise:
- one code may be used per order;
- codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- codes may be withdrawn or expire at any time;
- codes may not apply to sale items, bundles, or delivery charges.
If you sign up to our email list, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
15. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, images, video, graphics, logos, and the SULSAL name — is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.
You may view, download, and print content for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or exploit it commercially without our written permission.
16. Reviews and content you submit
If you submit a review, photograph, or other content to us or to this website, you confirm that:
- it is your own genuine opinion and experience;
- you own it or have permission to share it;
- it is not unlawful, defamatory, offensive, or misleading.
You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business, including in marketing.
We may remove content that breaches these Terms. Where a review has been incentivised in any way, we disclose that clearly.
17. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use this website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose;
- introduce viruses or other malicious material;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
- scrape, data-mine, or systematically extract content;
- use automated systems to place orders.
18. Our liability to you
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We do not exclude or limit our liability in any way where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- breach of your legal rights in relation to the goods, including the right to receive goods that are as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose;
- defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987.
We are not liable for business losses. We supply products for domestic and private use. If you use them for any commercial, salon, or business purpose, we have no liability to you for loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
We are not liable for any loss arising from your failure to follow the instructions or safety warnings supplied with a product.
19. Events outside our control
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, carrier failure, extreme weather, power or network failure, or restrictions imposed by government.
If such an event occurs we will contact you as soon as reasonably possible. If it causes a substantial delay, you may contact us to cancel and receive a refund for goods not delivered.
20. Privacy and cookies
We handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
21. Complaints
If something goes wrong, please tell us first — email support@sulsal.store with your order number and we will try to resolve it. We aim to acknowledge complaints within one business day and resolve them within 14 days.
22. Changes to these terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the version in force at the time you placed it. We will not change the terms of a contract already formed without your agreement.
23. Other important terms
Transfer. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms to another organisation. We will tell you if this happens, and it will not affect your rights.
Severability. If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
No waiver. If we do not insist that you perform any obligation, or delay in taking action against you, that does not mean we have waived our rights.
Third parties. These Terms are between you and us. No other person has any right to enforce them.
24. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
If you live in Scotland, you may bring proceedings in Scotland or England and Wales. If you live in Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in Northern Ireland or England and Wales.
