2. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. It lets the site remember things about your visit — what's in your basket, whether you're logged in, what you've already seen.
We also use similar technologies such as local storage and pixels. Where this policy says "cookies", it covers those too.
Cookies set by us are called first-party cookies. Cookies set by other companies whose services we use are called third-party cookies.

Marketing
We use email marketing through Klaviyo. If you have signed up to our list, Klaviyo may set a cookie to recognise you and to record whether you opened our emails or clicked a link. This is only set if you accept marketing cookies.

Advertising
We do not currently use advertising or social media pixels. There is no Meta, TikTok, or Google advertising tag on this website.
If that changes, we will update this policy and add those cookies to our consent banner before they are set.
4. Embedded content
Some pages contain video hosted by Shopify's own CDN. This does not set third-party advertising cookies.
If we later embed content from other platforms such as YouTube or Instagram, those platforms may set their own cookies when the content loads. We will update this policy if so.
5. Your choices
Our cookie banner. When you first visit, you can accept or reject non-essential cookies. You can change your choice at any time by reopening the cookie preferences from the banner or the link in our footer.
Your browser. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Be aware that blocking all cookies, including essential ones, will stop the basket and checkout from working.

Email marketing. Unsubscribing from our emails is separate from cookie settings. Use the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
6. Why we need your consent
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and UK GDPR, we must get your consent before setting any cookie that isn't strictly necessary for the service you've asked for.
Consent must be freely given, and you can withdraw it at any time without penalty. Rejecting non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to browse or buy from us.
7. Changes to this policy
We will update this policy when our use of cookies changes. The date at the top shows when it was last revised. Where a change involves new tracking, we will update the consent banner at the same time so you can make a fresh choice.
